Responsibilities:

  • Excellent employment opportunity for a Paralegal in the Gaithersburg, MD area.
  • Provide legal support in a defined area, operating within a defined framework under the guidance of a Legal Director, Senior Counsel or Counsel.
  • Support the increase in activity and provide administrative support that is currently needed.
  • Assisting the team lead and working with vendors to support our internal employees with regards to immigration support.
  • Specifically, US immigration while supporting employees/candidates in preparing all USCIS required forms for all types of visas/applications/petitions within the parameters of the company's immigration policy.
Experience:
  • Will have paralegal qualification, or no formal legal qualification but significant experience in a particular area of legal practice.
